Groupee.com is proud to announce the debut of the "Emerging Thirty", a list of the best up-and-coming artists in a particular region.  We're focusing on Southern California for this particular list, but look for us to add lists that cover over regions in future quarters.  For our list, we surveyed people who either cover the particular music scene or know it as well as anyone.  This participants included bloggers, industry professionals, and even some musicians (though no one could vote for their own band).
